From Hartford: Option One
1. Take 1-91S to 691W
2. Take a left off the exit and proceed south down Route 10 for about 6mi.
3. We are located approximately a quarter of a mile past Cheshire High School on the right hand side of the road.
4. We are the first building on the right when you pull in the driveway.
From Hartford: Option Two
1. Take 1-84W to 691E
2. Take a right off the exit and proceed south down Route 10 for about 6mi.
3. We are located approximately a quarter of a mile past Cheshire High School on the right hand side of the road.

From New Haven: All Directions
1. Take I-91N to the Hamden Route 40 exit.
2. Take a right off the exit ramp and proceed north on Route 10 for about 10mi.
3. Take a left into the driveway where the Alexander & Grennon Chriopractic sign is.
4. We are the first building on the right when you pull into the parking lot.
