Callie Merva

Callie is currently a Licensed Professional Counselor- Associate (LPC-A) working toward full licensure. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Sacred Heart University in 2021, and her master’s in clinical mental health counseling from University of New Haven in 2023. Callie has experience offering counseling sessions to clients of all ages with a variety of presenting concerns. She also has experience providing behavioral services to those on the Autism Spectrum as well as those with learning disabilities.

Callie strives to provide a safe, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space for her clients to feel comfortable collaborating on goals and communicating openly. She utilizes a variety of skills and interventions from different modalities depending on what is in the best interest of the client, but typically aligns with DBT and CBT.

Outside of work, Callie can be found reading a book, playing with her dog, or spending time with family and friends.
