Hayden Utley

Hayden is a Licensed Professional Counselor – Associate (LPC-A) with a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Springfield College. She has expansive experience working with young adults navigating life’s challenges, while also having experience with children and adolescents under the neurodivergence umbrella.

Hayden’s therapeutic approach is rooted in the belief that counseling should be a safe space to show your authentic colors, even the ones we may want to hide away. Building trust, creating a comforting space, while including in the small moments of attention and validation that we all deserve. She aims to listen without judgment and allow people no matter their age feel safe to be themselves.

Outside of her clinical work, Maria loves to play video games, enjoys cooking & baking, finding new coffee shops and values spending time with ones close to her.
