Maria Funk

Maria is a Licensed Professional Counselor- Associate (LPC-A) with a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Saint Joseph. She has experience working with children and adolescents with special and behavioral needs, as well as in Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) settings.

Maria’s approach is rooted in the belief that therapy happens in the trust being built, in the space being held, and in the small moments of attention and validation that we all require. She aims to listen without judgment and create a space where people no matter their age feel safe to be themselves.

Outside of her clinical work, Maria loves to travel, enjoys cooking, and values spending time with her family and friends.
